They installed all of my new home gym equipment and were amazing. Communication was excellent. Installation was excellent. Went above and beyond prior to and during installation. Would highly recommend them and would use them again. In fact, I have used them two other times after my first installation for more equipment. Mike and the whole team are incredible.

I'm the property manager at Rivulet Apartments in Silverdale and we contacted APF via email on 12/9/2025 to have a service call done, we didn't receive a response from APF until 12/19/2025 after emailing them 3 times to get a response and calling them 3 times as well. The response they gave was "I apologize for the delayed response. I believe all of the units are under warranty. In that case, you will want to reach out to the manufacturer." In our original emails we explained that the manufacturers directed us to have the equipment diagnose our fitness equipment so they could send the necessary parts. A response was sent to them within 1 minute and now I'm here waiting assumedly for another week or two to get another response. Original Manufacturer was Comm-Fit.

As of 12/22/2025 after the weekend I initially posted my review, I started getting consistent and very timely replies to my emails. Upon requesting an official quote for approval, I received one  very quickly and communications for scheduling the work was very quick after the quote was signed. At this time, I'm raising my review to a 2 star due to the improved communication. Current communications are worthy of a 5 star rating but initial communications prevent me from giving a 5 star rating.

Great company with excellent skills and knowledge. Owners and Membership thank you for all your equipment tech support.

I need to tell everybody these guys set the bar when it comes to repair they're on time they're Fair I've used this company for years the owners a dear friend of mine I would never do business anywhere else keep up the good work Advance Pro Fitness repair

The actual repair technicians are solid, but communication from the company is really poor. One day they just didn’t show up in their two hour window and didn’t call. And after they missed that window it was a week before they could make it back out. Other times it would take days to get a response on availability. Their poor service contributed to the equipment manufacturer accepting the treadmill as a return well past the return policy. I’m sure there are better fitness equipment repair places to work with.
