Jakob showed up right on time and worked very efficiently. What I thought would take multiple days only took a day and a half in the blasting heat. Everything was perfectly level and looks great! Thank you for great work!

Had a garage gym that needed assembly and Kandu helped in coordinating the right technician and he fixed it on his own with no questions asked . I had a pleasant experience with their assigned technician and it’s been helpful having someone reliable who knows how to fix up 100 over parts .

Jakob was the best!  He moved a Goalrilla basketball goal and large swingset for our family and we would highly recommend Assembly Pros.  They were so good, we had them mount all of our tv's so the wires wouldn't show.  Reasonable pricing, great customer service and job well done.

Entail. The day of the first of 2 steps of installation (he came out on a Sunday!) he texted me with an estimated time of arrival and was right on time! He did an excellent job preparing the concrete pour for the base and did an excellent job! He then scheduled my 2nd part of the appointment for the day and time Of my choice. Same experience on the second day, right on time and precisely installed the goal perfectly leveled and did not cut any corners. Once he completed the installation he did a complete cleanup of the work site and even wiped down and cleaned the finished product! I could not be happier with the job he did and I highly recommend his services! Fast, reasonably priced and left nothing behind! If I have to do another project within his scope of work I will definitely hire his fantastic service again, thank you!

They were easy to contact, reasonably priced and efficient in their work.  They put together a swingset and did it effectively and efficiently. My boys love it and appreciate all the hard work. They were very nice and polite and did a great job.  My family appreciates their hard work

I was disappointed that Assembly Pros assigned two installers for my two projects at the same time.

I’m thankful that Jakob was the second installer. My art looks great. He went and got a laser level to make sure they were properly aligned on the first try.

He was on time, did a good job, and was very tidy. I would use Jakob again for projects in my home.

He also fixed my crooked tv. He asked how it went and I said not so good. He asked if he could take a looked and it was properly aligned within 15min.

My rating is for Jakob only because I think AP could do a better job screening there pros.

The original contracted person, missed his first appointment, never called and then missed the rescheduled appointment for personal reasons.  Jakob from Kandu came out and did the job.  He was great, the first contractor not so much.

Jakob was great. Communicated well. He was professional.  Did a good job. 

He was fantastic. Arrived when indicated. Finished in a very reasonable timeframe. Explained his process to us very thoroughly and gave excellent recommendations. He also came all the way from Louisville to Bloomington, IN. This man deserves a raise and promotion!

The repairman had left a message on Saturday night, and we were out. I returned call and asked him to call us Sunday after 9:00 A.M. He called at 8:20, saying he was in Hudson (about 15 minutes away and wanted to come early. I'd had a late night and was awakened to meet him at the property where the equipment was installed. A was disappointed that we were expected to accommodate his schedule given the circumstances. I was in sales for 30 years and it was always the other way around. 

Jakob was very helpful, I appreciated his services. 

Guys were amazing busted their butts till 10 pm work on the equipment. Super happy they were the ones to build our gym equipment
