Very friendly crew that was easy to communicate with. We’ve had lots of use on the goal already. It appears to be working as expected. My only concern is using seven bags of concrete instead of 11. I guess we have lots of clay that resulted in less need for concrete. We have a small amount of wiggle in the backboard that I did not expect but all in all, we’re having a good time using the goal.

Scheduling was pretty awful. It was very difficult to get a hold of a person with any concerns. My service was canceled the first time without notifying me or consulting me first, and I was never given a reason why. I didn't find out about the cancellation until nobody showed up at the prearranged time. It was then rescheduled without asking me about availability, and then canceled again a couple days later. I had to call multiple times to get it straightened out. The two guys who did the work were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the finished product looks great!
