This review is in regards to the service department only. A little over a month ago I had a drain,clean and refill done on a hot tub that I purchased from backyard leisure.  I had issues with the hot tub after the service. It's  been over a month, with multiple calls trying to get Ashley to call me back. No response. The most recent call that I placed I was told again that she was not available. I then asked to speak Josh( one of the owners)and was told that he worked out of a different store and that he was on vacation also. I was told by the operator that she would have Chris call me back. Again no call back. Very frustrating after spending almost $ 800.00 for this particular service.  HOT TUB YOU NEED IT. I DON'T.  Find someplace else to purchase your ho tub

This was our first time purchasing a hot tub. M'Leah made the process very easy. She took time to explain the differences between hot tubs and answer our questions. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. I'm glad we chose Backyard Leisure.

I recently made a purchase with Backyard and Leisure, and M’Leah was such a great help from start to finish. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer all my questions , even after past working hours ! She never pressured me into making a decision and always made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. She also presented multiple options and helped me find the best deal. Friendly, kind, and easy to talk to, she really made the whole process smooth!. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re planning a purchase:)!

Buying a hot tub was a wonderful experience with M'leah as our salesperson,  customer service rep!! She answered all our questions and made sure what we was buying fit our needs.

Napoleon  was our salesman, he was very professional and did and great job helping us find our hot tub!
