Contractor communicated ahead of time that they would arrive slightly after the desired arrival window and did a great job completing the job by end if day. Friendly, professional and cleaned up all the packaging as required. 

Scheduled work had to be moved multiple times, however work was finally completed. Contractor communicated schedule changes and worked to get the project delivered finally.

David was super communicative and professional, keep me updated on arrival time, and explained to me the job as he did it. Thanks a ton David and Cascadia Install.

I was not home at the time of repair, but the installer was successful at installation of the brackets and informed me via text message that the system is now safe to use.  I will inspect it this evening after work and confirm, but I am satisfied with how the installer handled the process.

Cascadia was fine, but the restrictions placed on them by Goalsetter were unreasonable.  Due to stud layout, they weren't allowed to install the added brackets.  It was a waste of their time and mine.

Dave was excellent to work with!  I appreciate his flexibility to to accommodate our availability to complete the job.  Thank you, Dave!

Very happy with how quick and easy it was to a schedule and also happy with the installation. Very professional and nice, they got it done faster than I thought and excited to start using our equipment!

I don’t know why you waste all the hoops. They could be saved and placed in low income schools or sent to third world countries. That is my only disappointment.
