Had to have a grill put together at my home. The office personnel gave me a day and time that would fit my schedule. The technician, Paul S, gave me a call ,a half hour before the scheduled time,and informed me he was on schedule. The Technicians arrived and were in and out in 45 minutes, with a thorough clean up.

The management they have for Maine stores including the following Portland/Windham/Auburn/Augusta/Scarborough is extremely unprofessional and rude towards his workers and does not do his own job
