This place is great! Always has communication on every step and gives you great understanding of what’s going on with any repairs and if there is anything outside of what you are requesting needed. They are always willing to assist. I recommend this place.

This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I scheduled this handyman service in advance and made it very clear that the job was time-sensitive and needed to be completed before an important delivery. They acknowledged the full scope of work and confirmed the appointment.

Then, with only about 1.5 hours’ notice, they suddenly canceled, claiming they “did not feel comfortable” with the scope of work. This is especially unacceptable because the scope had already been clearly communicated and agreed upon beforehand.

Because of their last-minute cancellation and poor judgment, my entire schedule was disrupted and I was left scrambling to fix the situation. It shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time.

I would not trust them again and would not recommend them for any time-sensitive work.

Cruz’s Handyman service is an excellent resource for getting your work done quickly at a reasonable price. They turned around my request in a day and I really appreciated it. this is the second time I’ve used them and they fixed both Plumbing and door issues to my satisfaction.

Great communication, professional service, and fair pricing. Even though my problem could not be fully resolved, they pointed me in the right direction.
