Coleman Dirt Bike was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son, and unfortunately he has been unable to ride or properly use it for the majority of the time we have owned it due to this ongoing issue. What should have been an exciting and enjoyable gift has instead turned into a very disappointing experience.
I have spent a great deal of time following up and waiting for answers, yet the matter remains unresolved.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered an installation of a robotic lawn mower and paid them almost $500 for the job last year. It was late in the year and they kept pushing the install back until it was to late and had to be rescheduled for this spring. They didn't show up and when I called the contractor they set up, he told me they no longer work for cxn... And when I contacted cxn they asked me to describe the issue, they then went silent. The phone is fake, no one ever answers. It's been 3 weeks now, they have my $500 and are obviously not going to honor the job.

Needed to get my zero turn repaired (under warranty with Asurion (also bad company)), after 2 weeks of having my ticket Asurion sent it to CXN, someone called me and said they should get this taken care of in the next few days.  It has now been ANOTHER 2 weeks and a guy just came to pick up the mower(now a month without a way to mow my lawn).  Transport guy just got to the shop and the shop has no idea why the guy is there with my mower......for a logistics company or what ever they claim to be this is becoming a nightmare for a simple warranty fix of some mower blades.  If you have the option, don't use either of these companies.

After several attempts of collecting for warranty repairs still not paid and communications from
CXN have stopped.  Would not recommend doing business with them. After posting my first review I was contacted by CXN and payment problem was solved . It was communication error on where to send payment. Payment was not the problem.
