Daniel, Eric, Kristen, and the rest of the team at Design Expediting Services International were an absolute pleasure to work with during our Dallas showroom renovation. From June to September, they received and stored all of our shipments—furniture, goods, and more—while our space was under construction, and the entire process was seamless.

They kept us updated every step of the way, letting us know when shipments arrived and flagging any issues right away. Once our showroom was complete, they delivered everything back to us with true white glove service. The whole team was professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with.

Everyone at DESI is professional, friendly and easy to work with. Shout out to Daniel and Eric in the office and to Shay and Miguel who managed and participated in the completion of a month and a half long installation for a local senior living project. This included receiving, storing, handling, and installing over 1,000+ pieces of resident room unit furniture, as well as, hanging over 1,000+ pieces of artwork. They are always on time, efficient, friendly and easy to work with.

The DESI team has always been reliable, communicative, and professional during our firm's installs. The DESI team is an integral part of the design team. Our projects could not come to life without their enormous contribution! They assistance make installs go smoothly with all of their heavy lifting, moving of boxes, unwrapping furniture, hanging artwork, etc. They also coordinate with other warehouses which is super helpful.

Absolutely amazing experience! Every step of the way DESI went above and beyond. They are extremely responsive, update inventory as soon as it comes in and did an amazing job at our 3 installs! Could not recommend this company enough!!

Don't waste your time here as always people are lazy. Take 4 hrs to unload my trailer the worst thing it was 3 guys. I can believe how lazy people are. Avoid this place
