The crew arrived on time and ready to work. Our new gazebo looks fantastic!  We would definitely hire Mike and crew again.

Great job and guys were very professional and finished in time for the Graduation party!

Received 1 damaged roof bow that techs made temporary repairs on until replacement arrives. 

He did fine work. Got hung up at another job and was 2 hours late but he called me during the original window to let me know. He did have to drill an extra hole as the 1st one didn’t feel like it was a stud after all. 

Matt our sales guy was fabulous and the installer was outstanding  as well as didn't even know the treadmill hadn't arrived yet but he still showed up and then came back the same day when it did arrive.  Opportunities for improvement were that we were not told the treadmill would arrive on pallets that we needed to dispose of as well as we were told the delivery man would bring it into the community but it would not fit through our front door or through the loading dock as it would not fit on the elevator.  Thank you, it now looks great and we are very happy it is here.  Cheryl

Company was supposed to remove job supplies upon completion. They were left at the house. We were able to have it removed from bill promptly. Was also given the option to have them come back to remove. Very happy with how the situation was handled.
