Very easy and good service.

The person picking this up has zero communication skills and is not reliable. This took several tries because of the bad weather. That part I understand. After several unsuccessful tries we finally found a stretch of good weather. We setup an appointment for Jan 16. After our appointment was setup I unexpectedly lost a close friend from a heart attack and his funeral was on the same day, Jan 16. I called the pickup person on Jan 15 at 12:33 and instructed him that he had to pick them up either early morning or late afternoon on the 16th. He replied no problem. I had a friend stay at my shop and wait till noon for him to come but he never showed up. During the funeral my phone rang 4 times (12:45, 12:46, 1:17 and 1:18 pm). When I contacted him he said he forgot about the funeral and showed up at 1:15 pm. At this point I wondered how many drugs he was on. We then set up a pickup date of 2/3/23 between 11 am - 2 pm. At 2 pm he called me and said he was going to be 45 minutes late. I told him no problem because I was going to be here anyway. 2 hours later I had to call him to find out where he was because I was leaving soon. He was still 3 hours away. For the 2nd time I told him how disappointed I was in his communication. We rescheduled again for the next morning. He said he would be here at 9 am. I gave him clear instructions on when he arrives to enter the east door with no window in it. My security camera showed him wondering outside for a while and he kept looking in the west door with a window. He also tried calling me a couple times while he was in my parking lot. I missed these calls because my phone was on my desk. He finally entered the correct door just before 10 am. If I could rate him a 0 star I would.
