Extremely friendly and arrived early!

Extremely unsatisfied. We had to help the installer build the gazebo AND he messed up on several steps and had to backtrack. At one point he put a piece upside down and just moved the plate to the other side (leaving holes in the wood). In addition, we were scheduled for 9am and he didn’t show until after 4pm on Thursday. He only got the structural pieces built on day one. He had to come back and build the rest the next evening since he worked during the day. He didn’t leave until 9pm on Friday. I am seeking refund for such a HORRIBLE experience.
