Rich at this store is one of the worst managers I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence and it was only until I overheard a rep trying to sell an African American veteran a 500GB plan for 35 more dollars than what was advertised that I stepped in and asked why he was not getting the correct price. Also not being told the truth that wifi will not get you the 500GB as advertised. Extremely corrupt business model and predatory against elderly and most fragile citizens. Could not believe my ears. This is the worst ran and managed company and they continue to get away with it because there are not any better options. Thank the heavens for GFiber being implemented. Cox has also been down with an outage in my area since the weekend and no refund or compensation to be had. Rich told me "call billing" instead of providing any semblance of customer service to assist me. At the end of the day, if you are a paying customer and not able to use your service in a largely work from home environment and Rich turns his back on you.. that says enough. Truly the worst experience I have ever been apart of and this is just one of similar multiple interactions. Stay far away if you can afford to!!!

The internet service is not reliable at all. It’s constantly experiencing outages and incorrect estimates of when the service will be restored. This is the 4th day this week my internet has been out and this is a common occurrence. Don’t waste your time or money with cox, especially if you need internet access to work. I’ve never had this many problems with any internet service provider before, it’s almost like they’re purposely trying to be the worst provider in the area, or they just don’t care about their client’s needs so they don’t attempt to improve anything. My friend just switched to AT&T and I’ll be doing the same.

I visited the Cox store solely to obtain proof that I returned a device. I was not there to purchase anything—just needed documentation confirming the return.

Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me was dismissive and unnecessarily rude, and refused to provide their name when I asked. The card at the "station" said Charlie and when I asked if that was her name she said, "that's the station you're at isn't it"... When I stated that I intended to escalate the matter to management due to the way I was being treated, the representative then claimed that I had “threatened” them. That is not accurate—I was requesting return confirmation and expressing that I would report the interaction.

In addition, a male employee wearing a blue shirt was also unprofessional and effectively told me to leave rather than help resolve the issue he said his name was Maverick.

To be fair, Isaac (or Ezekiel) was courteous, professional, and ended the interaction respectfully by wishing me a good night. I appreciate his customer service.

Cox: please review the customer experience at this location—especially for basic requests like return documentation—and ensure staff are trained on professionalism and accountability.

Great customer service!! Tall Buddy with the long hair hooked me up in less than 15 minutes in and out! Came at 6:45(right before they close) i was out by 6:59pm, no complaints.👍

Called this store 6 times this last week for assistance and to have a person call me back . No calls back at all. No one answered phone calls just a voicemail .
Terrible service , someone needs to find out what is happening. Maybe they need new people working at this location
Added today , I spoke with a person from cox probably in another country and told him the issue I'm having. He didn't listen at all and only wanted to charge for a service call. I told him I needed a service call with out a charger and a credit for over 2 months of interpretation of service while watching TV. He offered $10  credit . So I let him know for his boss to call me back and give a proper credit. Let's see what results I get.
