installer was fine, but I was never sent a confirmation of the appointment time before the appointment day, which is a failure by Goalsetter and Kandu. there should have been explicit communication about the appointment time in email well in advance of the appointment, and an opportunity for me to confirm. I didn't know they were arriving until the day of the appointment. The property is not our primary residence so there was no one there, had to get a local friend to get the bracket out of our house for the installer.
