They pressure washed my home, which had quite a bite of staining from algae/mold/mildew/whatever it was, and the house now looks like it was freshly painted. Everything about working with this company was easy - great communication, prompt arrival, considerate workers who somehow avoided damaging the foundation plantings, and the final billing. A very pleasant experience.

I recently worked with GTS when they painted the interior of my new house. They did an awesome job and were so easy to work with throughout the entire project. Coltan made the whole process so easy. The crew was super thorough and paid attention to the smallest details. I definitely recommend using GTS!

If you expect a “deep clean” to turn over a rental it wont be from GTS.   I was informed AFTER calling to find out why the doors, closet shelving and windowsills weren’t wiped clean when they had obvious dirt and small streaks of paint on them that DID wipe clean with a Clorox wipe that this WAS NOT INCLUDED in a deep clean. The only great service was the cleaning of the carpets.
I did receive a very SMALL refund which was not nearly enough for the time that we spent wiping down what should’ve been done in a deep clean to turnover a condo.  Will NOT be using them again.  Do not recommend

We have used GTS for our cleaning services for several years for several of my facilities.  They are easy to work with and always check in on us to make sure they are doing things right.  About once a month someone from their team will stop by and just check in.  It is fantastic service.  I would recommend them highly.

From the time I contacted the company until the work was fully completed was only six days.  Clearly they were prompt with the initial inspection, the estimate, and then scheduling.  The work was performed neatly and professionally, and the people were courteous. The fresh, new paint on my house looks lovely, and I would hire them again.
