I had a patio sliding door that had come off its track, and Handyman Services of CT LLC sent out Jason and John to help. Both men were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They quickly got the door back on track and working properly again.

Jason also spoke with my landlord about replacing the washers on the door. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he never tried to upsell unnecessary repairs or services.

In addition to fixing the patio door, they repaired a drawer in my bathroom and inspected my other two patio doors for any signs of trouble. Thankfully, no additional repairs were needed. They also took the time to look at two hallway closet door options and provided helpful recommendations on which type would work best.

Overall, I was very impressed with their work, professionalism, and honesty. I would highly recommend Handyman Services of CT LLC to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy handyman services.

Hired them to replace a window in my attic that had broken. It was a very hard to reach place. I got a replacement window from Harvey and then called these folks. Collin Shaw, the owner, came and looked over the job and gave me an estimate a few days later. Job was scheduled and Ben came and did the install. Very nice job. Everything was handled in the most professional manner. Ben also adjusted some kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors as well. Would definitely hire again.

We’ve had the team to our home for various enhancements. Dan was just here and did an amazing job painting our wall unit. They’ve also done work in our deck. They are all professional and work to ensure all is perfect. Outstanding work team! Thanks again Dan !

I couldn't be happier with the work and the professional way this business is done. The owner, Colyn, comes out to see the project, his office staff is so easy to work with and  sends a contract with a quote which is appropriate and they stand by it telling us of any changes if they occur.
The workman we had was fast, competent and easy to work with.
Compared to the many carpenters we have had in our "homemade" house over 30 years, this is the best company we have worked with. My husband agrees and he has been in the business a long time!

Dan came to our house yesterday (2/12/2026) to replace two problematic door knobs.

He did a great job, was clean and considerate to my wife.
