I was looking for a bike shop on my side of town that didn't belong to a large corp.,no ridiculous wait times,etc...you know.
I was having trouble indexing my gears and needed another set of eyes on my issue and John came to the rescue. I pulled up to his shop and dropped off my trusty steed,and since he was already looking at it,I told him I  would be back in an hour. When I  got back he was finishing up. My brand new shifter needed some magic,and he re-set the indexing. Got her going crazy quick! Thanks John.

I rated this store a 5/5 star because he was nice giving us advice on what to do and what do in these situation. My situation was my E- bike was to low on air. But overall I recommend people to go here.

I agree with the other review in wishing a ZERO rating was possible.This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any contractor.

Hi-Tek no-showed on Christmas Eve, causing me to assemble our swing set until 4:30 Christmas morning.

After confirming the appointment via phone and follow-up text the week prior, John went radio silent, including not returning calls or texts on the day of the appointment. This was despite charging $200 more than he charged our neighbors for installation of the same swing set (which I was OK with given their willingness to assemble on Christmas Eve). After a full day of waiting and ultimately canceling Christmas Eve plans with family, he never even gave me the courtesy of a call to let me know there was a scheduling error (or whatever the cause was for the no-show). Do yourself a favor and find someone else to help with your project.

Jhon was really kind and helped me to solve my problem, if you need to get your bike fixed this is the place you want to go.

I recently had Hi-tek come out to assemble a swing set at my home. They were very professional it was done in a efficient manner. I am very satisfied was at a reasonable and affordable price. I would definitely refer them to a friend. I will be calling them in the future to assemble projects I'm planning now.
