Exceptional customer relations each time we spoke.  Friendly, professional and attentive.  Hard workmanship to endure my needs were met. She went above and beyond. As a whole Home Comfort truly works with you to ensure  that your home needs are met and that the outside temperature does not affect or disturb your home giving you peace of mind you need. I am truly grateful to Home Comfort for the service they provided me. Replacement windows look great and no more draft. This program is truly a blessing.

Home Comfort Practice has been so wonderful to work with on energy saving home improvements. Due to serious health problems, and ensuing financial hardship, I so fortunately qualified for some great benefits. Kenneth and Benito first came to my house on 2/5 when they did a thorough inspection of my house from top to bottom. They were such professional, knowledgeable and skilled experts who explained so much to me about recommendations and answered all of my questions. While they were here, they installed energy efficient faucet aerators and shower heads. They found some mold in my house that needs to be remediated. Once I can afford to do that, they will return and perform duct and air leak sealing on my windows and doors. Then, HCP just contacted me with an offer to install new WiFi thermostats in my home. Today, Bernie came over and installed them. He is such a nice person who patiently waited for me as I wasn’t feeling well from radiation treatments and needed a little time to let him inside. He installed the new thermostats in no time at all and explained to me how they work. Bernie is another professional, knowledgeable and skilled expert employed by HCP. The office staff has been so supportive and kind throughout as they have lined up services and appointments. Yudith, in particular, has been awesome to work with. I am so grateful to all of their employees and for the services being provided. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

So, this is one of those “went above and beyond to make it right” reviews.  We had a new controller installed in November 2025.  We had heat but it wasn’t working properly in a bedroom but we didn’t know because it’s unused…recurring theme.

We hadn’t been in the basement for some time and I went this past week because a string of 90° weather was coming and I wanted to change the filter before firing up the AC.

When I looked at the controller, it was a mess, wires everywhere.  But the worst part was that the AC compressor wouldn’t work!

So I called an HVAC company to come out and he said whoever did this, needed to fix it…and wouldn’t touch it.

I called HCP.  They listened to me and knew that after spending two sweltering days in my home because of work that wasn’t up to not only my standards as a customer, but to theirs as a service provider.

Long story short, Kevin and Abdul arrived at my home early the next morning and rewired the controller, and replaced one part and ordered another that burned out because of the previous work.  They did a professional and courteous job and were engaging with a customer who was initially deeply frustrated.  By the time they left, I had a whole new outlook and the pleasure of meeting two professionals who truly went above and beyond.

I have only great things to offer about our experience with HCP and will certainly use them in the future and…highly recommend them for their services and decisions on what customer service means.

They came and did my heating system safety check, blower door test, air sealing, led lighting, duct sealing and gave me a appointment to come back and and do insulation in my house all for no cost. I’m very satisfied and pleased with the work they have done!

Lucy B. became family. We had the best experience with her and Home Comfort. She provided stellar customer service and troubleshooted any mishaps with scheduling. Home Comfort is lucky to have her. We will be using Home Comfort in the near future.
