In and Out Property Maintenance, Jason, did a great job installing the garage door opener at one of our properties. It is refreshing when a contractor shows up when they say they will and actually charge us what they quoted. We have a lot of experiences with bad (unreliable) contractors, and he was one of the best thus far. Our company highly recommends him and we’ll be calling him in the future for our future projects!!!!

Jason and his team did an awesome job installing our new water softener and ceiling fan on an 18ft ceiling! He’s a man of integrity and his prices are fair and honest. He’s punctual and adheres to his word. Will most definitely do business with him again and would highly recommend his company!

Jason did a great job fixing my sink, he was professional, arrived quickly, and fixed the leak with no major issues. He is the best contractor/repair professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Jason is truly a godsend! I spent over a week trying to find a handyman through homeadvisor. After being repeatedly cancelled on by homeadvisor contractors, I found Jason. Jason was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. He did a wonderful job installing 2 bathroom exhaust fans. I would highly recommend him!

Check for completion of job before you  pay him.  Jason was hired to install exterior window shutters.  After he installed shutters had to call and email him several times to return and attach and secure lower half of shutters to the house.  I thought he completed the job but he didn't.   He left one shutter unattached.  I have email and called jason to come back and finish the job but  has not reponded.  If you hired him make sure you check behind him and that he finish the job before you pay him
