J&M Enterprises does excellent work that is done with outstanding quality of the owner and his staff. They have brought back comfort in my home with compassionate consideration of my needs. I am impressed with their delivery of completing the work timely and appreciate their expertise.

Only providing one star because there is not a 0 star choice.  This guy was supposed to level a spot in my backyard so that I could install an above ground pool.  He didnt show up the week he said he would.  I finally called on the next Wed, and he said he was waiting for dirt to dry out- the dirt he charged me $500 for but was only $221 on the invoice I received by the dirt company.  There was excuse after excuse as to why he had not been there, that he was doing me a favor (with charging me ONLY $1160) and promises of how he would get me taken care of.  I told him I wasnt happy with the wait and he offered to refund my money that day.  I canceled that following Friday when he had still had not showed.  He told me it would take 3 days for refund to hit my bank, its been well over that. He said he would meet me to refund the money next (via text) and now has not responded to texts or phone calls for multiple days.  In the process of filing a claim for my money back - since he literally has not even been to my house- and filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.  Have since had his employees reach out to me stating he does this all the time!  I had the job done for almost 1/3 of the price this past week.
Buyer beware of this one!!

I couldn’t give zero stars. DO NOT hire this guy.   I cannot even describe the incompetence.  He was paid 50% upfront, sat in his car smoking most of the day while his hired help, that he didn’t even know because he picked him up from a shelter, tried to do the work with no skills or guidance.    He was constantly arguing with his hired help because he was not happy with his work; it was literally a circus!  Bottom line, he told me he could do the job.  He couldn't!   He took 75% of our money because we trusted that he would not do this to us. Very unfortunate,  and we are confident we are not the first people that he has done this to.  Please do not hire this person!

George, the boss, treats your property like his own. I had his company install flooring, cabinets and paint. Several times he suggested a cheaper way to get something fixed while still maintaining the same quality. He also saved me a tonne of money on painting material.
With respect to the work, he got the job done.
He's trustworthy and fair. An example of this is when one of his crew (new guy)  had neglected cutting out holes for the floor vents in the installed flooring. This house was up for sale so we didn't catch this until a week later.  George went in afterwards and corrected the issue free of charge. Standup guy.
He's competitively priced, not the cheapest,  but you get what you paid for--namely, and more importantly, you get peace of mind. You know you are in good hands.
Lastly,  he's also a hard negotiator.

I'm highly impressed with the quality of work. This company is fantastic. I highly recommend them for any job that needs to be done. I actually got more than I expected. They go above and beyond. We will definitely be doing more business in the very near future. Thanks a lot J&M.
