We recently purchased patio furniture from Jack Wills at the Home and Garden show. Candice was extremely helpful on fabric selection and coordinating the dinning options, fire table, sofa, swivel chairs and a chase lounge. We were looking for quality and durability. Jack Wills had a wide selection. We had lots of questions during the process. She answered them all or tracked down the answer. Garry the store manager also helped us and we got to meet Jack himself.  All were very friendly and helped answer all our questions. Measuring, checking on various models and colors several times was no problem for the staff as we wanted to be sure everything was perfect for such a large investment.  Devon and Chris made the delivery and set up everything perfectly.

Delinquent in my review.  Such great help & advice.  Never over sold.  We’ve been clients for about 3 years now, from indoor electric fireplaces, to replacement OW Lee cushions, to now umbrellas.  Such quality products!  Delivery guys were incredible.  Came back three times to make sure everything was 100% correct.  Couldn’t be more pleased and definitely recommend!

Jonah and Aidan arrived right on time, were professional, and kept great communication throughout the entire installation of our rainbow playset. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was set up safely and perfectly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Johnny did an amazing job setting our new play set. He did the job efficiently and was very professional. We are so happy with our new play set! The kids love it.

Recently went in search of an ‘extra tall’ patio chair to surprise my husband.  Faith, our personable and knowledgeable sales associate, took me to exactly what I needed. It was perfect.  We opted for delivery and that level of service continued with Jonah and Harrison.  Brought it back, set it up - customer service plus.  Great communication and knowledge from start to finish.
