Just purchased a Ryval Basketball hoop from Kids world and paid to have it installed. Originally I wanted to install it myself to help save on cost. But I went ahead and agreed to have the “professionals” do it.
Please beware. They sent two younger guys. Very nice and polite but clearly not at a professional level as far as trained.
We didn’t know the proper placement, so we trusted they did. They assured my husband this was where it should be dug out and cemented for this style hoop. Leaving our backboard directly above with the edge of our driveway. Just so we can all fall and twist our ankles when running for a layup. My husband actually fell due to the quick drop off. The base is not smooth or nice looking to the naked eye. It’s ragged looking compared to many other hoops I have been looking at since ours has been placed. Also - the icing on the cake. They spilled cement all over our new driveway leaving tiny little mounds that they suggested we cleaned up ourselves with a screwdriver.
When we called to ask about fixing it - they just flat out said no. I’m just disgusted.

ROBIN our sales manager was amazing. I would give her all the stars in the world. But whoever handles their installs should be ashamed. Please use a third party or save yourself a lot of money and do it yourself.

Awesome overall! I bought a trampoline a few years back and this company has been so helpful with warranty claims and servicing. This year we bought a play set and couldn’t be happier with it! Same great service and am informed sales staff to choose the right set for our kids!

They advertise for 25% off with up to 6 years 0% interest and I told the guy hey man I want that playground and he said no 25% of it’s only for cash but the signs don’t say that very sad and misleading waste of time why not just be honest about it even the sales guy was like I with the signs were a bit different yeah not cool

Purchased a kid’s playset from them about 3 weeks ago. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday morning. Well yesterday morning came and went with no delivery and no communication. I called them early afternoon to see what the deal was. I was told they couldn’t fit it on the truck today so they wouldn’t be coming. Essentially, I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT THEY WEREN’T COMING TODAY.  The person I spoke to said they would be calling me soon to reschedule delivery. 24 hours later, I’m still waiting for that call. Very poor communication skills from this company so far. Disappointed.

Wish I had a better experience. Bought a playset and trampoline 3 years ago. Products are fantastic. Service / assistance / communication are all 1 star. Pleasant to talk to but never any help. Were multiple weeks behind on install. Then had leftover parts, and I had to remove and put some things where they should have been. (Im assuming they contract out install to the lowest bidding company). Called the “sales guy” he was pleasant but did nothing but make excuses.  Now 3 years later, i call in needing a new enclosure for the trampoline. I want to pay for it. It was ripped by us. I get no help. They basically tell me to call vuly. They dont have the ability to do that but they could install it for a fee.  LOL.

So I ask them to look me up so i know what size to order because its been a few years and all the tags with serial numbers are worn due to weather. I cant remember if it is 12 or 14 ft. Im told verbatim “we only keep records for 2 year, maybe vuly can help you with that”  - Just such a turn off. No help, anywhere with anything after they got my money. - this is my 3rd bad google review in my life. I hate doing it. LIKE I SAID, GOOD PRODUCT. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Maybe im crazy but i just figured they would be able to help when i need something from the manufacturer in which they sell.

Just understand what youre getting. YOU. ARE. A. NUMBER.
