Viktor is one of the best contractors we have worked with. I really appreciate how precise and detail-oriented his work is. The quality of craftsmanship is among the best I have ever experienced. He handled our project professionally and delivered excellent results.

Our project included installing luxury custom cabinets imported from China, installing a hidden door, and relocating the range hood. Everything was completed with great attention to detail and high quality. Highly recommended

A+ work! Great communicator and arrived on time. I hired Viktor to install a recessed, electric fireplace in our wall. During the project we realized that he could not cut into the load bearing studs as planned, and he he quickly came up with an alternate plan to partially recess the fireplace and build a nice frame around it. Came out great, and I will absolutely hire him again if a project arises I cannot tackle myself. Thanks!

I had a terrible experience with Viktor, he cost me alot of time and money. He contacted me through Thumbtack, I responded, his price went up for no apparentl reason-we came to an agreement on price to replace two toilets, and set up a date and time- I tried to help the guy out and had my son pull the old toilets late last night- I took the day off from work costing me $400, I got up early it was waiting for him...He texts me at the last minute and says its too far to drive...He's not coming... And said he would need to almost double the price to drive fifty miles... He knew where I lived before we made an agreement...We'll I have his address too, and it's not 50 miles..... Don't use Markitant Constructioin- I'll be going to the gas station to go to the bathroom until I can get someone else in here- And screw Thumbtack- They set me up with him... Total waste of time. And now my wife's coming home to no toilets..so pissed off
