I happen to come across McDowells through a Google search and I am very happy I did. The customer service (Jenn) is top notch. She took great care of me and answered every question. She even took it upon herself to get me the best estimate to fix the upholstery on drivers seat in my truck. The craftsmanship is the best. The details they took to make sure the colors matched was awesome. I was blown away when I first seen the final results. I was very happy with the overall experience. Definitely a great company to do work with.

They did an amazing job fixing the torn and cracked seat in my Expedition.  They even added extra padding for reinforcement.  I was very impressed with how I was treated from the minute I walked in the door until my car was done (took one day).  The quality of the workmanship is great.  I highly recommend them!

Exceptional.  I have a Suburban that I love and have had for 13 years.  I needed to get the crack in the dashboard and a tear in the drivers seat fixed.  Found McDowell’s through Google.  They were so easy to contact via text, I got a quote via text and got scheduled.  So easy!! They did a great job, however, a few months after, the dash was bubbling and a new crack was formed over the steering wheel.  I didn’t contact them for another few months after that, making it a little over  7 months since the work had been completed.  I brought it in and thought I was going get the run around, but the nicest guy took a look and was immediately, without question, going to take care of it.  The dash looks better than ever and I’m so thankful to everyone there.  Thank you guys so much!!  I will always be a customer and recommend you!

What a great experience I had with this amazing company. I popped in for an assessment, Josh was comforting in that. He assured me the dent in my driver side door would be fixed with ease and not an affordable price. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and two hours later I picked it up. It says though nothing had ever been wrong with my driver side door. It’s shiny and beautiful and bright just as promised. I’d highly recommend them.

I asked McDowells to repair the steering wheel of my 1967 Checker station wagon. The steering wheel has several cracks at the joints and handhold areas. They took on the job and I am very pleased with the results. They found a resin which worked with the existing material, sanded the entire part and painted the steering wheel. It turned out good as new.   I recommend them.
