Miranda Delivery Service was absolutely outstanding.

Over the last six weeks we purchased four king-size beds from different companies. Every time we made a purchase we clearly explained that our bedroom is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. We even showed pictures to each salesperson and every single one told us it would not be a problem and that their delivery teams would handle it.

Unfortunately that was not the case.

The first delivery through AFW refused to even attempt bringing the bed upstairs and didn’t even want to bring it inside the house. We canceled the order.

The second delivery through Mattress Firm guaranteed they could do it after seeing the staircase photo, but when the delivery truck arrived they refused to do anything more than a driveway delivery. We canceled that order as well.

The third delivery through Purple Mattress and Speedy Delivery was even worse. They changed the delivery date without notifying us, never answered their phones, and we had to take time off work trying to figure out what was going on. When they finally arrived they also refused to bring the mattress inside. That order was canceled too.

Then we ordered from Saatva and Miranda Delivery Service was the delivery team.

They showed up ready to work and solved the problem immediately. They successfully carried our king-size mattress up stairs, brought the adjustable base upstairs, and completely set up the bed in our bedroom.

On top of that, they helped my husband carry our old king mattress, box springs, and frame downstairs and out to the garage for storage.

They were polite, professional, helpful, and clearly cared about doing the job right and making sure we were happy.

After three failed deliveries from other companies, Miranda Delivery Service proved the job could absolutely be done with the right team.

If we ever need delivery or moving help again, Miranda Delivery Service will be the first company we call.

Outstanding service and an excellent experience from start to finish

White glove delivery of my new King size Saatva mattress and removal of old mattress was exceptional. The two guys arrived within the delivery window and I received a message when they were on the way. They were very professional and were happy to use shoe covers that I provided before entering the house and took great care in the placement  and removal of both mattresses. Bonuses are well deserved!!

This was a delivery for my client for several pieces that were stored at Miranda's awaiting the completion of a remodel.  The team showed up on time and took care in unpacking the dinning table and chairs, 2-pc. sectional and a 9x12 rug and pad.
They were not very experienced in how to connect the sectional and almost let it go until my client insistent they try again.  The other not 5 star service was when they did not want to adjust the rug to it proper placement under the sectional.  My client said she and her husband again had to insist on making sure it was where I had drawn it on the plan and make adjustments so it was where it needed to be.  They were polite and all and all my clients are happy.

The two delivery guys were super!  They kept me posted on their arrival time, delivered our new mattress with smiles, so polite and friendly, brought it up a flight of stairs without it touching a wall or anything, and took away our old mattress.  They were so efficient and nice.  Would definitely use this service again!

Miranda Delivery Service made the process of delivering my mattress, and taking away the old mattress, so so easy. They arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour time window I was quoted, and were in with the new mattress and out with the old mattress in less than 10 minutes. Wonderful, I highly recommend!!
