Need A Helping Hand

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with one of your service providers. I was in contact with Tyrone, who committed to a service for me. However, after two weeks of waiting, he ultimately no-showed for our scheduled appointment.

When I followed up, Tyrone informed me that he "didn't feel it was worth it" to take on my project, despite having already sent me an invoice that I had agreed to. He then recommended I try Mr. Handyman instead. This entire process has unfortunately wasted a considerable amount of my time.

We just brought the first 26' Uhaul over from Montana. We hired Tyrone to unload it into a storage unit. He was AMAZING!!! He also is a handy man for almost anything. His rate is very affordable. The man didn't stop moving at all, he didn't waste one second. He was very careful with our belongings and expertly packed the storage unit. There is a Uhaul shortage in Montana and when we showed up for ours, they told us to drive to Wyoming to get it.... thankfully we ended up getting one in Montana the next day. He adjusted his schedule to be able to be there for us. We will be using him for so many things once we find our home! Thought some of you may need his services as well. 😊

I feel very fortunate to have connected to Tyrone - being a single senior woman with a limited income, I hoped to find a handyman whom I could trust and afford. Tyrone is a hard-worker, conscientious about the quality of work he provides, friendly, willing to take on any task, and affordable. It takes a load off my mind to know I have found a service I can trust. I highly recommend this business.☺️

These guys are efficient! Friendly too. And of course helpful. Had them move some stuff around the house and assemble some furniture. I will have them back again for sure.
