Pretty good company! Responsive and seems honest.

Had a leak in the basement called them around 7:45am and the plumber was here around 8:45am to fix it. Both the guy I spoke on the phone and the plumber were very nice and job was done quickly and satisfactorily.

I used NRI for a recent project.  They were extremely courteous, trustworthy and pleasant to deal with.  The work was done very professionally and I'm confident in the end result.  They did a great job with the scheduling to make sure the job got completed,  bringing in a backup to keep the project moving when one got called away.  This kept everything progressing and avoided dragging the work on unnecessarily.  Very pleased with the work and exceptional service.  Quite impressed with the entire staff and process.
