I chose On-Point Assembly as Costco referred them to me.  I was so pleased with their work and how quickly they assembled the Yardistry Gazebo for us that would have taken us at least two weekends to complete.  Very nice and professional as well.  It was a little pricey, however, it saved us a ton of headaches and was well worth it.  They had the install done within a day.  I will definitely refer them to any clients of mine who need this kind of work done.

Just my personal experience with OnPoint Assembly in CO. I was really hoping to like and use them again but will definitely AVOID from now on. They claim these specialist are equipped and have the appropriate experience but I honestly don't think they do a background check of any sort.  I would highly advise to NOT use them for large scale assembly like my Gazebo they installed.

Installation took 2 days. First issue was that I had to provide a ladder for installation, not too big of a deal. Assuming they knew they were installing a taller structure it would be assumed they would bring at least one. Issue two, they originally told us they were going to finish up the second day in the morning. That did not happen and instead they ended up showing up at 8:30PM. Yes at night. They continued to work til 11pm. I just find this to be unprofessional and extremely late. Not only that but they came without any proper lighting and I had to provided them with a lamp and headlamp to finish the job. Needless to say I was a little frustrated but let that slide. Around a week later as it began to rain I noticed the roof was leaking. The whole point of the gazebo was to protect our patio from the weather. Upon further investigation and inspecting the roof I noticed finishing trim pieces not installed, tons of missing screws, parts installed incorrectly, and most of importantly of all the metal sheets installed the wrong way which led to the leak in the first place as well as overhang of the sheets. Trim and corner pieces were forced into place instead of being flushed with the wood pieces as designed. I usually don't like to complain but I feel like I spent a lot of money to have them come install incorrectly was very frustrating as I literally had to remove all the panels and trim pieces and reinstall myself, a service I paid for. To be fair the main frame was originally installed correctly just not the roof. Probably because that was when they came at night with NO Lighting too install, which I would think would be difficult to see and properly assess. l. I just think this job was too BIG for them. Both figuratively and literally. I hope others don't run into this same issue and that this was a rare occurrence.

Service Guaranteed and fully equipped. I think not from my experience. Could I have called and waited for someone to come out and fix it? Yes, but I didn't trust them after my experience so doing it myself was the obvious answer. Support was responsive, about the only good thing I got. It would have been nice to get a partial refund or something but that was never offered, just an apology.

On Point managed the installation of a new backyard gazebo. The installers were professional and hard working. The job was well done and they cleaned up afterwards. The management by the office was efficient and courteous. Would highly recommend them for the services they offer.

Got quoted and set up with an install date and window for a children’s play park. They said they would charge us after the install was completed. They charged us days before the install date and NEVER SHOWED UP for the install. If you call them the phone is busy or out of service and the online chat doesn’t even work. This business is either a scam or extremely poorly run.

It was 748$ for the install and Caleb arrived on time within a two hr window

The process is you contact them and describe your project;get a quote; accept or reject quote; set up a credit card on line once they contact you two weeks or so in advance of your appointment. I was concerned as they are busy and early on said IF you are selected we will contact you. I stayed fresh in their minds by periodically texting to remind them. You have to provide several possible dates for your project

Caleb our installer came with all tools and the Tapcon bolts to anchor it

He worked so hard and we provided some minor assistance

I would recommend them 10 times over for our beautiful gazebo install
