Try and find a better, more knowledgeable, more experienced, more professional, more honest, more courteous, more trustworthy, and more communicative handyman than Jed. I'll wait. I would die waiting because there isn't any one else better than Jed! He has done an incredible job thinking outside the box and proposing creative solutions to complex issues with my old house. He has an insane ability to fully investigate an assess what the source of the problem or issue is and tries to think about many options from different angles. He really helps his customers make informed decisions! He provides video and pictures to help explain context of what he is observing and assessing. He explains things in ways that anyone can understand even if you are not the most experienced homeowner. I feel extraordinarily lucky to have been connected with him by another friend who has used him and wholeheartedly recommended him. She said he was the best and she was right! I am very grateful for all of Jed's hard work that has given me incredible relief. One of the issues he fixed for me is water getting into my detached garage, and now I feel like I can use the garage again! It was a challenging and tricky fix that two previous contractors were not able to resolve or willing to try to resolve. Jed took care of it! He's the BEST! He also offers flexible payment options! Jed was quick, professional, and did a great job. He was very responsive and got me an estimate and on his schedule right away. He replaced outdoor porch lights for me, so a small job to start, but that seemed okay with him. We had water damage from a bad toilet wax seal and had to rip out some flooring, baseboards and walls. Jed was able fix it all. He replaced drywall and baseboards,  painted it all nice, ripped out the remaining flooring and replace with a high quality vinyl flooring and was able to replace the old toilet with a brand new one. Bathroom looks excellent. You cant even tell that anything had happened. Outstanding service, great material quality and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use Pro Touch Handyman for future projects. We are extremely pleased with all the work done and all at very good price. Thanks again, Jed.

This is my first time using a handyman service in Lakewood/Tacoma. We moved into a “new to us” but older home a few months ago. We love the two French doors that let in light from the back yard. Unfortunately, the doors were nearly impossible to open, so we had to access the patio through the door to the garage, then from the garage to the back yard. I called ProTouch Handyman after an online search, scheduled an appointment, and Jed arrived exactly on time. He was able to adjust both doors to open and close smoothly and made sure we were satisfied with his work before departing. We will definitely call on Jed again for upcoming services needed.
