Property Works Tupelo did a fantastic job replacing some fascia on my house! Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the final invoice was very much in line with the quote. I’m thrilled with the quality of their work and highly recommend them for any exterior repairs.

I hired Property Works Tupelo for several home improvement projects. I was assured that the company stood by its work and would address any issues that might arise. Unfortunately, I now have a leaking water heater and a leaking bathroom vanity—both of which were installed by Property Works Tupelo.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the company has ceased all communication with me. They have refused to either:
•	Repair the damages caused by their faulty installations, or
•	Refund the money I paid for the substandard work.

I believe their sudden lack of response may be tied to my request for proof of worker licenses after we began encountering repeated issues. This request was based on their own claims made on Facebook that they are “licensed and insured.”

As a homeowner, I feel misled and disappointed by both the quality of work and the lack of accountability from this business.

Tim and his team showed up on time and was professional through and through. They installed hand rails in our shower area and went out of their way to please me. They even replaced a couple tiles that had been discontinued, but he tracked some down. 10/10!

I’ve had 2 jobs done with them so far. Tim never leaves a job until the customer is satisfied. He has some great workers on his team. They are always very nice and friendly. I would recommend them anytime.

Mr. Tim Page and his crew provided excellent work, communication, and customer service! They got my oven back up and running in no time, even with having to order a specialty part. Many thanks to this company!
