We paid for removal of packaging but the installers did not have the vehicle to do this and I will do on my own…can we be refunded for the cost of this service please

I need an adjustment on the price. The quote included a $100 cost for cleanup and taking the boxes. He was in a small car and was unable to take the boxes so I should be refunded that $100.
