Rick's Property Services is a fantastic company. If you are looking for a person (Rick), who can take on any household challenge or chore or maintenance (i.e. power washing, light electrical work, painting, window cleaning, grouting, plus, in our case, assembling two pergolas), then you should call Rick. He smart, fast, and the cost of his services is more than reasonable. Finding a reliable, competent handyman can be very difficult, which is all the more reason to contact Rick's Property Services.

Fantastic service, Coachella Valley peeps. Had solar panels cleaned and deck washed. Been using these two for years. I highly recommend them.

Ricky is responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. His work is high quality and he backs it up. He takes care of over 24,00 sf of my industrial buildings. Would recommend him highly for any job.

Rick is a professional. HeTakes a lot of pride in his work and did an excellent job. Very neat wears plastic booties while in the house. The house is seventeen years old, The windows, tracks and screens look like brand new!!!  Ricks work product is just unbelievable‼️.  Price was very fair and  competitive.  I would recommend him STRONGLY!!   Rick truly is an expert and an all around great guy.  I rarely write reviews, but in this case I was so happy I had to write this one.
