My only issue was that I did not receive a phone call to ask what direction did I want the shade and privacy canopy draped. I had to leave for work and I didn’t give the installers specific instructions because I thought it was obvious, I just showed them where the pergola was to be placed. . I now understand why they felt they couldn’t turn the canopy in that direction but I would have appreciated a phone call. Otherwise they did a perfect job.  

Richard was a very kind and hard working gentleman. He was also very responsive to texts and calls.

We had a great experience! Our playset wasn't delivered on time, so we had to change our appointment, and the contractor was very understanding and got us rescheduled quickly. The people who came to assemble our playset were hardworking and polite and did a great job.

The guys assembled a complex 8-piece Husky Heavy Duty cabinet storage system and put together a 52" Husky tool chest. They did a great job and saved me from hours of work and potentially a few missing fingers!

The  gentleman who actually assembled the shed did a fine job. The owner of the company should not be listed on Kandu, terrible communication, management, just unprofessional in every sense of the word

The guys who did the job were awesome.  The scheduling and expectations for the customer to have cement was less than adequate.

I scheduled service about a week in advance for a starting window of 8-10am on this past Monday. Around 8pm on Sunday, the owner or associate (?) Richard called and explained they couldn’t finish their other job in time and asked if it would be ok if they were a couple hours late to my job-assembling a playset. I was totally fine with it and expressed as long as they communicated with me, I’m pretty flexible and understanding.

At 11:43am on Monday, Richard tells me they are doing the final checks on their other project and they’ll be right over.

I heard nothing for a couple hours so at 2:40pm I requested an update. Richard tells me they were just about to head my way. I again ask him to just keep me posted. I never heard from him again.

Around 8pm, I had pretty much given up when someone showed up unannounced to check out the site. He was there for maybe 5 minutes then told me they would get started the next morning (which they did).

The actual work was totally acceptable, at least as far as I can tell so far. but I just want people to show up when they say or communicate if they can’t. I don’t think that is too high of a standard and it wasn’t met for this job.

TLDR: The work was good, the timeliness — and more importantly the communication — was frustrating.
