Stay far away from booking with this company. I had a garbage disposal problem and my sink wasn’t draining. I explained everything A-Z to the lady who I assume is the manager to this company that answers the phone. There’s a large communication barrier with her apparently.

A technician came and he was friendly, worked for about 30 minutes, then explained to us that it would work now. He also said the garbage disposal needed a thorough cleaning but it would cost extra ($60-160 onTOP of the $110 we were already paying!?) so we declined that, as paying extra is ridiculous when we hired them for the job that was explained thoroughly and I went over the price structure with the lady many times over the phone. He demonstrated with a small amount of water to show us that it was working and then left.

Immediately after he left, I started to hand wash dishes and the picture I provided is what happened. I called them asap to let them know and no one would get back to me. After so much back and forth, they told me it was my fault and I apparently put items down the sink. Because that makes sense, right? Me putting food down the sink that was JUST fixed? Yeah, okay.

Unbelievably unprofessional. They wouldn’t provide a refund or even help fix the issue. I didn’t care about a refund, I have no problem paying for service with a job done, but as you can see in the videos it’s completely messed up. They are crooks, stay far far away.

Excellent handyman company. Daniel did everything he could to fix my rocker recliner. I appreciate his honesty and kindness. Emma in the office was very forthright in keeping me updated about appointments. I do appreciate the Sunday booking and the reasonable charge for the work. I recommend Rubixpro for anyone who needs a handyman.

Daniel was very professional and did a fabulous job in installing the frames. Very happy with the end result, will be definitely working with him for future projects .

RubixPro is our go to provider for art installation & furniture assembly. If you want a job swiftly done with precision, hire them!

They were awesome.  They came in and quickly assembled my wall bed.  The guy was so experienced that he didn't even break open the manual and there were no extra parts other than what was already sent by mfg. He walked in with his own tools. Manual said it would take 2 people 6 hours and it took 1 person 3.5 hours.  He was quick and neat and very reasonable!! Highly recommend.
