I tried to set up a job and was unresponsive for almost 3 weeks. I simply needed lightblubs changed at my business on 16' ceilings. Told me he would be there to view the scope of work on several occasions and never showed. Then when he did show 3 weeks later it was 4 hours later than he had said. On the day of planned service was over an hour late and then said he wanted to reschedule. I would not have wasted weeks waiting on him if he wasn't going to show up to do a simple job like CHANGING LIGHT BLUBS! I have personally preformed this task many times before but at this time I am physically unable due to being 9 months pregnant and no longer have the proper ladder to complete the task. His lack of communication was very unpleasant and in turn is effecting some of my business operations and safety.

Joke. Came to install a light fixture, fan in the kitchen, outlet in the kitchen, bathroom fan and replace an exterior door. Where to begin. He came to give an estimate, looked at everything said no problem, measure door and told me what size to buy. The day comes when he is going to start. He is 4 hours later than the time he told me, ok fine. Gets the dining room light installed… 2 hours. I leave to run an errand, family was still at the house. I come back and he’s gone, thinking he just ran to Menards I ask family at home if he said anything. They say no. An hour later I get a text from him that he was going to need me to call an electrician he isn’t comfortable doing my job, and he also has a sick kid. Ummmm, ok? The door had nothing electrical. So anyway proceeds to tell me the light he installed is no charge. Ya think? Left his glasses and everything at my house!!! 😂 he is a pretend handyman. Maybe fine for simple projects but nothing more. Also told me to get the wrong size exterior door so when a REAL handyman came he told me to get the correct size. A ton of hassle but actually go the work done by someone who knew what they were doing!!! He also charged $20 less per hour! I’ve used many handymen and this guy is a joke! Steer clear!

Mike installed a valance and window box for me.  He ran into a couple obstacles with how the valance was built for how it was going up.  I would have never figured out how to overcome them.  But he came up with the solution easily and it looks great!  So does the window box.  He was also professional, courteous and prompt.  Fairly priced, too.

So never used a handyman before this, I'll always look for this guy from now on.  Very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous.  He was able to help me on a sunday of all times, without an emergency.  already recommended him to my family as well.  I feel he gives a handyman a good name!!!

Very professional and very courteous Great value for the service provided. He took the time to answer all the questions that I had and the repairs he made on my floor are phenomenal. I will absolutely be calling upon him for a future repairs and/or maintenance is I need around the house
