Swift Assembly

These people took over a prior pool service that I worked successfully with for four years prior to them retiring and telling me to move forward with Swift who was taking over many of their accounts. They repeatedly left my hose on, once for three days, costing me hundreds of dollars. They would blame it on “a leak” in the pool that isn’t there. Since they stopped servicing my pool I have never had to top it off at all. They would frequently message me during work hours to reschedule service with no notice. Then when I had even remotely negative feedback (or a simple request that they not leave my hose on overflowing my pool for days) they gave me four days notice that they would no longer service my pool. after that they hounded me for payment of my invoices (one for a cleaning that never occurred and acted as if I was the one who was dishonest or unethical in the relationship. I have a new cleaning service who shows up when they say they will and doesn’t cost me hundreds of dollars or lie to me. Do not work with these people.

Great communication. Competitive prices. Everything was easy about this process. Thank y’all for replacing our pool liner!!
