Manufacturer's IN STOCK part did NOT fix the problem. Waiting on the part that is out of stock and NO ETA on its availability to order it and fix the gas grill igniter issue.

Backyard discovery didn’t ship expansion bolts for installation on concrete do that is incomplete they will complete job

when you have a 5-6 delivery window would like a text or call when they are ontheir way
Kandu was wonderful and texted when he was 5 minutes away

I agreed upon a fee of $650 to assemble the power rack and functional trainer.  Upon arrival, I was find by Omar Cruz, the assembly professional he couldn’t do it for that price.  He said it would be an additional
$500 to assemble both.  The money was paid to avoid conflict and complete the job.  This is shady business and will be reported if not resolved appropriately.  I should only owe $150 to Kandu as I wrote a check to Omar for $500.

The provider worked with us to expectations.

Omar and his team were so professional and communicated perfectly. Did the work in two days and I can’t recommend Omar enough! He was fantastic and the goal is great!
