I’ve purchased my 2 children’s bikes here and also my own road bike.  Used them for multiple tune ups and services and they are always a pleasure to deal with.

My 6 year old daughter had a problem with her training wheels that keep falling off. After about 10x putting back together took it to the professionals.  They got it done quick and were sooo nice! Definitely glad there still bike shops around!!!

Took my bike to Wheelies and had a inner tire replaced in a timely fashion. Jess was so helpful thru the hole process. Great customer service and friendly employees.  😁

Purchased an electric trike in May. It was purchased for a senior.  When we got it home she could not ride it. Contacted Wheelies within 2 days to return. Was told that because it was a special order we had to pay 239.$ for a restocking charge. Interesting since there were the same bikes on the floor for sale. I have purchased more than 13 bikes over the years from Wheelies.  I would have thought that they would be kinder to loyal customers. He was not.  I have no problem supporting local business, but would have expected better service.

Great service. Found a bike for my daughter. She was sized up to make sure it was a good fit for her. Found a bike for myself and it was put together and ready for pickup the next day. I appreciate the time that was taken to ensure we had everything we needed and were purchasing the bikes that were right for us.
