Working with Workscape Design, and specifically John Baran and Heather Baran, on our office fit out was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

John and Heather helped bring an entire space to life, translating vision into reality with a level of creativity, thoughtfulness, and execution that is truly rare. The scope of work included a complete office fit out encompassing AV integration, biophilic design elements, furniture selection, signage, and custom canvas imagery, all handled seamlessly and with exceptional attention to detail.

What stood out most was not just the final result, which was beautiful, but how collaborative and easy the process was throughout. John and Heather have an incredible ability to listen, refine ideas, and elevate them while balancing functionality, brand identity, and design in a way that feels both intentional and inspired.

A special call out as well to their installation team, who were consistently professional, highly responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their execution and on site presence made the entire process smooth and stress free.

I have nothing but great things to say about Workspace Designs! I rarely give out reviews but Heather and Krista deserve this! I contacted Workspace Designs on a Sunday afternoon and received a quick response from Heather (within two hours), who connected us with Krista, their project manager. I mentioned we had a very tight move in schedule and we need new furniture for the entire office. Krista is the BEST! With the pandemic going on, she made everything happen. She literally worked with us for TWO hours on designing our office furniture layout and then listened to everything that we needed and gave us our proposal within the same day! I cannot express how thankful and in awe I am of her and everything she did for us! The furniture is beautiful and our office looks amazing! Also, the team that came to set up was super professional and arrived on time.

If you need new office furniture and someone who will dedicate their time and effort, Workspace Designs and Krista are the way to go!

Workscape Designs helped me with the creation of Innovation WorkSpaces in Cedar Park.  Their customer service is outstanding.  They met with us several times to go over furniture styles, fabric and colors to match the carpet and wall coverings we were considering.  The furniture they recommended and we purchased is of very good quality and was reasonable priced.  One of the best parts is the staff at Workscape Designs took a personal interest in our projected and worked very hard to make it the best it could be.  I highly value the relationship established at Workscape Designs and they will always be my go to company for office furniture.  I give them my highest recommendation.
